We have been selling this pattern like mad the last couple seasons in both the purple version shown here as well as the Adams version. This variation is best in swifter water as this fly floats high and true. The trout simply love it! |

Carp, Panfish, Bass, Trout and many others are frequently caught on crayfish patterns. The Olive Fighting Crawfish Ritt's Fly is one of the most realistic crayfish flies available. The foam claws are buoyant and make the fly stand up in the fighting position. This is what a live crawdad will do before a fish eats it. This pattern is great to use for sight fishing and most anglers fish it with a quick two or three strip retrieve then allow it to settle back to the bottom. |

This Pulsating Caddis, Tan pattern was developed by Jim Pettis, a guide on the lower Sacramento River, in 1993. The fly can be used in both streams and stillwaters. The term 'pulsating' comes from the combination of the beads and the dubbing material which give off a pulsating effect when moving within the water column. The fly can be used throughout the season from April through October. This is an extremely effective pattern wherever there are caddisflies. |
